L’École Mont-Olivet est aujourd’hui la seule école au monde à intégrer le judo directement dans son cursus scolaire. Depuis septembre 2022, cette discipline fait partie de nos programmes de sport grâce à un partenariat à long terme avec la Fédération Suisse de Judo et de Ju-Jitsu (FSJ), soutenu par son président, Sergei Aschwanden, médaillé olympique et mondial.

Dans ce cadre unique, notre école a accueilli Teddy Riner, le judoka le plus titré de l’histoire. Nos élèves ont eu l’honneur de s’entraîner avec lui sur le tatami, vivant une expérience exceptionnelle et inspirante.

Founded in 1917 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, Mont-Olivet School has evolved over time, adapting to the needs of its students and families, to offer the best possible learning environment. We have been established in Vich for nearly 20 years and today welcome 220 students, aged 3 to 16. As of 2024, our school will be the only private school in the La Côte area to offer a complete education, from Preschool to the Maturity Diploma.

At Mont-Olivet School, we aim to combine healthy academic ambition with personal development. We believe that knowledge alone is not enough. However, when combined with personal balance, it becomes the essential basis for future success.

FROM PRESCHOOL TO THE MATURITY DIPLOMA

Mont Olivet School offers a warm, inspiring and friendly environment for your child. From Preschool (3 years old) to the Maturity Diploma, the teaching team is committed to motivating and supporting every student and to developing their full potential. Class sizes are small to ensure personal student-teacher interaction and individual support.

Pupils benefit from classrooms surrounded by natural gardens, new technology and high-level sports facilities, as well as spaces for relaxing and creativity.

FROM PRESCHOOL TO THE MATURITY DIPLOMA

From the start of the 2024-25 school year, Mont-Olivet School will be the only private school in the La Côte region of Vaud to offer a complete education, from Preschool to the Maturity Diploma, therefore guaranteeing stability and seamless development for your child.

CURRICULUM

Knowledge of languages is an important pillar of learning at Mont Olivet School, throughout all of our programmes of study. German is taught from Preschool (3 years old) and English from 1P (4 years old).

QUALITY
TEACHING

Our teaching is carried out by enthusiastic, available, committed and well-trained teachers. The German and English classes are taught exclusively by native speakers of German and English respectively, while sports professionals ensure the best possible coaching.

To ensure each student’s success, in addition to the school programme we organise private lessons and revision groups, agreed between the parents and the school.
