Founded in 1917 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, Mont-Olivet School has evolved over time, adapting to the needs of its students and families, to offer the best possible learning environment. We have been established in Vich for nearly 20 years and today welcome 220 students, aged 3 to 16. As of 2024, our school will be the only private school in the La Côte area to offer a complete education, from Preschool to the Maturity Diploma.
At Mont-Olivet School, we aim to combine healthy academic ambition with personal development. We believe that knowledge alone is not enough. However, when combined with personal balance, it becomes the essential basis for future success.
FROM PRESCHOOL TO THE MATURITY DIPLOMA
Mont Olivet School offers a warm, inspiring and friendly environment for your child. From Preschool to the Maturity Diploma, the teaching team is committed to motivating and supporting every student and to developing their full potential. Class sizes are small to ensure personal student-teacher interaction and individual support.

From the start of the 2024-25 school year, Mont-Olivet School will be the only private school in the La Côte region of Vaud to offer a complete education, from Preschool to the Maturity Diploma, therefore guaranteeing stability and seamless development for your child.

CURRICULUM
Knowledge of languages is an important pillar of learning at Mont Olivet School, throughout all of our programmes of study. German is taught from Preschool (3 years old) and English from 1P (4 years old).
QUALITY
TEACHING
Our teaching is carried out by enthusiastic, available, committed and well-trained teachers. The German and English classes are taught exclusively by native speakers of German and English respectively, while sports professionals ensure the best possible coaching.

To facilitate our families’ personal organisation, Mont-Olivet School welcomes children from 7.30am to 6.30pm (Wednesdays 5pm) in a wraparound service provided by our enthusiastic and qualified team.

School’s open house success
On Tuesday April 25, our school organized a very successful open house evening. In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, you were able to share privileged moments during your discussions with the teachers and the teaching team.
Easter camps
The Easter holidays are fast approaching. Mont-Olivet School offers children aged 3-15 exciting and stimulating activities during the holidays. They can take part in camps offering a variety of sporting, play and cultural activities.
Judo at Mont-Olivet
